Free shipping within 3 business days to one of our branches (for self-pickup), we will update you with an SMS as soon as your order arrives.

Delivery up to 5 business days – 29 NIS.

Free delivery in purchases of above 1,000 NIS.

Express delivery between 1-2 business days – 50 NIS

Orders distribution is from 8AM – 7PM, We recommend to provide an address for delivery with someone who can receive the order. The delivery company will call upon arrival.
You can place orders to all address supported by Israel post mail services. Delivery’s won’t be made on Fridays and Holiday evenings.

 Tracking of delivery

Once the order was successfully placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. The purchase confirmation email will include all order details and tracking number.
If the items are not available, we will send you an email within 2 working days with the estimated waiting time. Waiting time is approximate and it depends on the availability of our suppliers.
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your UNUSED purchase within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date.
Before sending back the item, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
All you have to do – reach out to one of EyeSociety stores with the item in its original packaging, unused and without any defect, and with original purchase invoice, and you can receive a refund/ credit or alternative product in the shop of your choice.
You can get a refund for the credit card on which the transaction was made. The return for the item purchased on the site will be made within 14 business days of the item being returned to us. We will cancel the transaction with the credit company, so there is no need to contact it directly. Cancelation fee of 5% will be deducted by law.

– must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.

– must be unused, clean and not damaged.

– must be returned complete of all of its parts and accessories.

– must be returned in its original packaging.

– the return of the product will be subject to the approval of the sales managers in the shop while returning the product (making sure the product arrives in its accepted terms).

All returned items are carefully inspected and in case they are not in compliance with their original conditions, the return will not be accepted.
If all the mentioned above conditions are satisfied, we will refund you the cost of the product, excluding shipping costs and or import taxes.
All shipping costs are on the customer’s charge. There are no restocking fees.
Optical glasses can be refundable only in the case that were purchased alone, and optical lenses were not made. If change in color of frame is needed (you will need to get a written approval, to make sure such request can be made), in this case the lenses will be adapted to the new frame of the same size.

EYE SOCIETY will not accept exchanges before receiving the return.

We will not issue any refund for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above: anyway you will have the option to require the return of your item in the same condition Eye Society has received it, at your charges, within thirty (14) days after our notification of receipt.

Refunds are processed within approximately fourteen (14) business days from the return.
Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card used to pay for the original purchase.
Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the refund policy of the credit card used.
