Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first maison to have ever launched the luxury prêt-à-porter concept, creating the "Saint Laurent Rive Gauche" collection, synonym for youth and freedom. This was indeed the first step towards a new fashion point of view and towards a sociocultural revolution. In time, the revolutionary designs proposed by Saint Laurent have been cultural and artistic inspirations and the brand's founder, Yves, one of the most influencial designers of the 20th century. Member of the Kering group, the maison has maintained its identity still always staying updated with the latest trends. Guided by creative director Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, Saint Laurent offers a vast selection of prêt-à-porter clothes, accessories, jewels and eyewear for both men and women, all distinguished by the "Saint Laurent Paris" logo.
