Dear Customer, your order will be shipped out within 2 working days if the items are available in stock.
If the items are not available, we will send you an email within 2 working days with the estimated waiting time. Waiting time is approximate and it depends on the availability of our suppliers.

PRICES

All prices are including VAT of 17% (according to the Israeli tax law). Shipping costs to different destinations, or different shipping options are excluded from the product price, and are to be added to the final order. ** Promotion code cannot be applied on the same purchase together with coupons. The website offers Reward Points on every purchase above 1,000 NIS. You can use rewards points together with discounted products or other promotional codes, however the total use of reward points, discounts, promotion codes, or and coupons cannot reach over 50% from the actual products price before discount (up to 50% off in total).

FEES AND CUSTOM DUTIES

For all our customers who live outside of Israel, Israel taxes are included in the price, however you may be asked to pay the local duties when the sunglasses reach your Country. Duties depend on the Customs of your country and not on EYE SOCIETY.
EYE SOCIETY cannot control or predict these charges and their amount, as Custom policies vary widely from one country to the other. If you need more information about Customs fees, please contact your local courier or the Customs directly.
Duties are usually collected by the courier upon delivery but they may also be applied later.

PACKAGING AND DELIVERY

All products are packed carefully and safely, if In any case the package arrived damaged, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
It is possible to have the products sent to an address different from your billing address, please write the full details while placing your order.
We suggest you to specify an address where the courier will find somebody who can sign for the delivery.

WARRANTY

All EYE SOCIETY items are original and 100% authentic.
We can provide you with a written authorization from the supplier if needed.
All the items are 24 months warranty covered from the date of purchase against production defects.
EYE SOCIETY is not responsible for direct or indirect damages occurred to people or things due to the bad performances of the products.
The acceptance of all terms is made fulfilling the order form.
